Delivery to Nova Poshta Branch

We ship products without prepayment using the Cash on Delivery service. Please note, the carrier charges an additional fee for this payment service depending on the delivery type (branch-to-branch or branch-to-address), in addition to the shipping cost.

The delivery rate may vary depending on the volume and quantity of items in the order.

On average, delivery takes 1–2 days. When placing your order, our manager will confirm the delivery date and the nearest branch or delivery address.

Please check the product for any damage and completeness of the order in the presence of the Nova Poshta employee.

Courier Delivery by Nova Poshta

Courier delivery is carried out according to Nova Poshta rates. The date and time of delivery are coordinated by the delivery service operator.

Pickup

You can pick up your order at: Kyiv, 28 Berezniakivska Street. Our manager will contact you to arrange the date and time for pickup.

Taxi Delivery

If you urgently need the product, we offer same-day delivery to your address via taxi. The cost depends on the weather conditions and distance. Please confirm the details with our manager.

Delivery is carried out via the Uklon taxi service.

Orders are shipped only after full payment via the website or bank transfer.

Payment Online or Upon Delivery

Cash payment is available at all Nova Poshta branches in Ukraine.

Online payments on our website can be made via Apple Pay / Google Pay / MONOPAY or with a Visa / MasterCard bank card.

You can also pay by direct bank transfer.
