Each product is handmade from carefully selected materials. Every item is inspected before shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

We guarantee:

quality of materials, hardware, and stitching
accurate size, color, and configuration
secure packaging and safe delivery

Return within 14 Days

You have the right to return an item in good condition within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection.”

Returns are accepted if the following conditions are met:

the item was not used
original appearance and packaging are intact
proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Custom Orders

Personalized products (with logos, embroidery, hand-painted artwork, etc.) are non-returnable, except in cases of defect or production error.

If There’s a Problem

Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order if you notice any defect or mistake. We will quickly resolve the issue by replacing the item or issuing a refund after review.
